The debut event of BOTANIQ Collection — presented to both domestic and international industry professionals and press — was fully envisioned and executed by BDPST Koncept, including the creation of the entire creative event concept. From designing and sending invitations, organizing travel, curating exclusive programs, to managing complete PR coordination, every detail was handled by our team. During the accompanying press and industry trip, invited journalists and partners experienced the brand’s world and values firsthand, resulting in authentic and impactful media coverage.

BDPST Koncept successfully organized the international press launch of the BOTANIQ Collection, which took place from April 9-11, 2024.
During this three-day event, leading regional and international media representatives were introduced to the brand.

BOTANIQ Collection is the premium umbrella brand of BDPST Group, uniting a curated selection of hotels, gastronomic destinations, and unique guest experiences. At the heart of its brand strategy lie storytelling and heritage preservation, while its iconic locations have brought fresh color and new energy to Hungarian tourism and hospitality in recent years. Its debut event was far more than a traditional press launch — it was a multidisciplinary artistic experience that stood out on the Hungarian event scene with its special atmosphere and meticulous execution. Held at the Pesti Vigadó, guests embarked on a BOTANIQ “discovery trail” inspired by a secret garden theme. At each immersive stop, they encountered the brand’s signature stories, flavors, scents, and visual worlds.
Each BOTANIQ Collection hotel and restaurant was presented both individually and as part of a unified concept, showcasing the umbrella brand’s diverse yet interconnected character. The event was enriched by a breathtaking performance from the Győr Ballet: throughout the evening, the dancers guided guests through the trail in a performative, narrative-driven way, turning visitors into living participants in the brand’s story.

The event delivered outstanding results, attracting close to 200 attendees. On Instagram, it drove exceptional engagement, reaching approximately 37.838 unique users and generating a total of 174.620 impressions. The event was also prominently featured 234 times across Instagram stories. Additionally, 13 international media placements further enhanced the event’s global exposure and brand awareness.
