Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Budapest opens its doors

On 31 July 2026, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Budapest opened its doors at Dorothea Hotel, Budapest, Autograph Collection. The first Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global venue in Central Europe brings the traditions of British hospitality and Gordon Ramsay’s iconic dishes to Budapest, complemented by local ingredients and Hungarian culinary influences.

In Budapest, the British heritage of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is complemented by Hungarian ingredients and local culinary inspirations. Alongside Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips and Sticky Toffee Pudding, the menu features dishes created specifically for the Budapest restaurant, including lángos with summer truffle from the Jászság region and foie gras, as well as a dessert inspired by the flavours of traditional Hungarian chimney cake. The nearly 160-seat interior, designed by Patina Studio, centres around an open kitchen and dry-ageing displays, complemented by a dedicated bar and a sushi and raw bar.

BDPST Koncept has been involved in the launch and communication of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Budapest from the very beginning. One of the key aspects of the project has been adapting a globally recognised brand with a strong international identity to the Hungarian market: preserving the character and brand values of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants while creating a locally relevant story for its Budapest location.

With this approach, we have built the brand’s local communication from strategic planning and the development of local messaging to PR, media relations and social media, always maintaining a balance between the international brand and the Budapest concept.
